Our Story

Heath and Carolyn’s journey began amid a global pandemic when sanitization and cleanliness became more critical than ever. Both were born into entrepreneurial families and shared a vision of creating a business that would not only provide top-notch services but also contribute to the well-being of their community.


Heath, a third-generation carpet cleaner from Oklahoma, grew up immersed in the carpet cleaning industry, learning the trade from his father. Alongside his carpet cleaning expertise, Heath nurtured a passion for music, playing guitar and dreaming of becoming a musician in Austin, Texas.


Carolyn, originally from the Chicago suburbs, has a background in software engineering and business ownership. After a short stint as a broadcaster, she spent over 15 years selling software and marketing solutions nationwide. Drawn by the warm weather and vibrant music scene, Carolyn moved to Austin in 2016.


Their paths crossed by chance during the pandemic, leading to the formation of Complete Floor Care LLC. Combining Heath’s extensive carpet cleaning experience and Carolyn’s business acumen, they embarked on a mission to deliver exceptional floor care services to Central Texas.
